Communication on the Telephone is an award-winning E-Learning programme about the basics of effective telephone communication and the surrounding circumstances.
In an entertaining and exciting way the user gets lead through the programme by the virtual Webducation-trainer Konrad Koach. According to the Webducation Learning System the learning material is presented in a didactical and multimedia-based way with many interactive elements. To deepen the content of the training every chapter has additional text-information, graphics and animations that can be selected in any order.
